Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an Oncology Infusion Nurse to provide safe, compassionate infusion care to patients receiving chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive treatments in outpatient or clinic settings.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, manage IV access, educate patients and families, document care in the EHR, and collaborate with oncologists and pharmacists to optimize outcomes.
