Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy; adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patients and determine venous access methods; address complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for infusion patients.
• Provide patient education on venous access and therapy.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance care and efficiency.
• Mentor new staff with hands-on training and feedback.
