This is an exciting opportunity to join IQVIA as an Oncology Hybrid Sales Specialist, working closely with Johnson & Johnson client partners to advance the proper care and use of the Lung Oncology Portfolio. Territory size and scope may vary based on geographic needs.

The Oncology Hybrid Sales Specialist will use a multifaceted approach to communicate with key accounts, including outbound calls to enhance product knowledge, inbound calls to support resource allocation, and education via Zoom or face-to-face meetings within the lung cancer stakeholder community. Responsibilities include sales, customer service, and administrative functions, serving as the key resource for resource allocation within the territory. The role involves conveying complex clinical, diagnostic, and access information to ensure appropriate patient therapy, using strong interpersonal skills to build trust, identify unmet needs, and propose solutions within company guidelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure the availability of the company's services.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/device sectors
  • Preferred: 2 years of remote/inside sales experience
  • Oncology sales experience preferred
  • Proven sales success, recognized through rankings, awards, or achievements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work from a suitable home office environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills
  • High learning agility supporting multiple brands
  • Track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Ability to communicate complex clinical messages effectively
  • Experience working in team environments
  • Knowledge of reimbursement pathways for specialty products
  • Ability to analyze business environment, territory analytics, and team insights to identify opportunities and drive results
  • Strong account management and customer service skills
  • Driven, opportunistic, and capable of thriving in ambiguous environments

  • Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans
  • Ability to cover territories in person and virtually for extended periods

The estimated base salary range is $90,000 - $127,000 annually, with actual offers varying based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Incentives, bonuses, and other benefits may also be included.
