Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Active Indiana RN license or NLC RN license.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for hospice/end-of-life, cancer, and COPD patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to unit policies and participate in governance opportunities.
