Job summary

Lovelace Medical Group in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is seeking a BE/BC Oncology/Hematology Physician to join a fast-growing family of Lovelace Health System hospitals and clinics. The position offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer program with Medical, Radiation and Breast Oncology services and a strong support staff.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule (8a–5p), access to Epic EMR and Ambience AI for automated documentation, and the newest Varian Edge Radiation Therapy System.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Oncology/Hematology
• Join a team of three oncologists and participate in a coordinated cancer program

Responsibilities

• Join a team of three oncologists
• Coordinate medical, radiation and breast oncology services
• Collaborate with Pulmonology on ION robotic bronchoscopy program
• Work with RN navigators, infusions staff and other support teams
• Use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to streamline documentation and coding
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p; participate in rotating night/weekend call for inpatient consultations
