Job summary

Mayo Clinic is recruiting three oncology/hematology infusion center pharmacists to join our team in Rochester, Minnesota. The role focuses on drug distribution, therapy monitoring, patient education, chemotherapy order processing, and MTM services. Hours are day shifts, with limited weekends and no holidays, based on Cancer Center needs.

The position requires a Pharm.D. with Minnesota license; residency and BPS certification are preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent experience.
Equivalent experience includes at least two years of relevant pharmacy practice experience.
Completion of pharmacy residency and specialization (e.g., PGY-2 and respective BPS certification), if applicable, preferred.
Licensure: Current pharmacist license by the Board of Pharmacy in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

Drug distribution and therapy monitoring for oncology/hematology infusion patients.
Chemotherapy order processing and product verification.
Precepting learners and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Provide integrated care and medication therapy management services; assist with clinical reviews and consults.
