Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years' experience in healthcare consulting or biopharmaceuticals.
• 1+ years' experience in pricing, health policy, public health, health economics, and/or international affairs.
• Understanding of global payer environment including US Medicare and ex-US HTA trends.
• Knowledge of HTA tools, pricing research, price modelling, and cost-effectiveness studies.
• PMA/HE regional or global experience.
• Knowledge of all phases of drug development.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute global payer research to understand value drivers and requirements for early and sustainable access across geographies/indications.
• Contribute the payer evidence strategy across assets and integrate into the asset evidence plan.
• Partner with PVA Access Lead to align insights with clinical trial design input and evidence planning.
• Develop core payer tools (global value dossiers, payer objection handler) to enable reimbursement submissions worldwide.
• Improve regional pull-through by delivering training and value/evidence workshops for LOCs as needed.
• Collaborate with Pricing on global pricing strategies and modelling across options.
• Support PVA team on internal communications and management meetings.
