Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed staff; act as team leader or charge nurse.
• Monitor and improve care environment, equipment, and resources; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development; assist in education of staff and learners.
• Engage in performance improvement activities and handle related duties as needed.
