AstraZeneca plc, via Evinova, seeks a Senior Digital Health Strategy professional in Boston to partner with R&D and biotechs. You will shape digital health strategies, drive AI-enabled solutions, and align roadmaps with development portfolios, while ensuring value realization.

The role requires 6+ years in clinical development with digital health, oncology/haematology experience, and strong consulting and problem-solving skills to influence senior leaders and drive pilots to scale.

Qualifications

Must have clinical development experience with digital health in healthcare.
Strong AI capabilities and understanding of AI role in drug R&D.
Outstanding project delivery and communication skills.
Experience in oncology/haematology clinical development.
Hands-on with clinical protocols and operational plans using digital tools.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to AstraZeneca, shaping digital health strategies and roadmaps.
Define problem statements, solution options, and vendor landscapes for digital health solutions.
Lead clinical trial optimization to reduce cost and timelines while maintaining quality.
Develop deep product knowledge of Evinova’s offerings and customer value drivers.
Identify AI-led opportunities and translate business needs to technical teams.
Lead pilots, validation, vendor due diligence, and change management for implementations.
