Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Highly Specialist Dietitian to cover cross-site late effects patients in a premier oncology setting. You will manage in-patient and outpatient caseloads with a GI emphasis and contribute to teaching and mentoring junior staff.

The role supports MDT collaboration and service development within the Nutrition and Dietetics team at Chelsea/Sutton sites, part of the Therapy services portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in nutritional support.
• 2 years of experience working with cancer patients.
• Experience supervising junior staff.
• Demonstrated involvement in multidisciplinary team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-site cover for late effects patients in a very specialist oncology setting.
• Manage a mixed caseload of in-patients and outpatients with GI-related issues.
• Lead and support junior dietitians within the service and contribute to teaching.
• Participate in MDT discussions and service development activities.
