Labcorp is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive (Outside Sales) to join our team in the Riverside/San Bernardino/Palm Springs territory.
Identify and drive new business acquisition, competitive conversion, and revenue growth. Develop and execute territory strategies to increase adoption of Labcorp Oncology solutions. Achieve revenue, market share, and new account objectives. Manage daily activity, pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking through Salesforce CRM.
Build relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. Lead consultative sales engagements focused on diagnostic solutions, operational efficiency, and testing strategy optimization. Develop account growth plans that expand utilization across complex healthcare organizations. Influence testing pathways and adoption strategies.
Represent Labcorp's oncology and precision medicine portfolio, including molecular and genomic testing solutions. Translate clinical evidence into business-focused recommendations. Maintain current knowledge of oncology diagnostics and precision medicine trends.
Partner with sales support functions, medical affairs, operations, market access, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives. Monitor competitive activity and market opportunities. Participate in local or national conferences which may require weekend or evening availability.
The Oncology Development Executive (ODE) is a field-based business development professional responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships across oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, health systems, IDNs, and academic medical centers. The ODE serves as a trusted advisor, helping customers implement diagnostic and precision medicine solutions that support clinical decision‑making and improved patient care. The territory for this role will cover the Inland Empire area of CA - Riverside/San Bernardino/Palm Springs. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory.

$130,000 - $160,000 base salary plus commission
The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
