Jackson Physician Search is partnering with a renowned cancer center in Minnesota to recruit an Oncology physician. The role offers a 4-day work week, supportive staff including 4 Oncology APPs, access to tumor boards and clinical trials, and generous compensation with potential wRVU bonuses.

The position includes a $200K signing bonus, strong relocation consideration, and visa sponsorship (J1/H1B) with an experienced legal team to help.

• Community based Oncology practice, with a well-balanced mix of cases
• Reasonable patient volumes of ~12 pts/day, allowing you to focus on quality of care
• 4-day work week (alternative/flexible scheduling options also available)
• Highly experienced support staff - 4 Oncology APPs and extensive nursing support
• Regular tumor boards & access to clinical trials
• Rad Onc and Palliative Care on site
• Easy access to subspecialists for collaboration/consultation
• Lucrative compensation: generous base salary (higher than what 90% of practices offer) + additional wRVU bonuses available
• $200K signing bonus,
• 36 days of total time off (20 days of Allowed Time Away, 10 days' CME & 6 holidays), 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice & more
