Job summary

Dayton Physicians Network is seeking a CMA or LPN to join our Kettering, OH oncology clinic on a PRN basis. The CMA or LPN provides assistance to physicians and practitioners with patient care, administrative and environmental tasks.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, compassionate and enthusiastic about providing top notch care to our patients. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, PRN as needed.

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification or active LPN license in Ohio.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and assists with patient flow.
• Administers medications and assists with procedures as directed by physician and practitioners.
• Documents vital signs and medical history in the EMR.
• Communicates lab/test results and required follow-up to patients.
• Maintains logs and supports safety and privacy rules.
