Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Strong clinical leadership and knowledge in nursing practice.
• Experience with research coordination and quality improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Provides developmental opportunities for others and fosters cross-functional collaboration.
• Translates business plans into tactical actions and oversees team performance and outcomes.
• Oversees budgeting and financing for research projects and contracts.
• Coordinates clinical research activities, data management and regulatory submissions.
• Ensures documentation and compliance of clinical research files across sites.
