NC State University is seeking a UTS - Temporary Study Coordinator at UNC Chapel Hill to independently coordinate multiple oncology clinical trials from startup through closeout. The role interfaces with investigators, sponsors, and clinical teams to ensure protocol compliance, GCP, and regulatory standards.

The position requires direct patient interactions, on-site work at UNC Medical Center and clinic locations, and a Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related scientific, healthcare, or research discipline and one year of relevant experience.
• Experience in oncology clinical trials is preferred and highly valued.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and FDA regulations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage multiple oncology clinical trials from startup through closeout.
• Coordinate study activation, implementation, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Identify, screen, recruit, and enroll eligible participants and conduct informed consent discussions.
• Maintain source documentation and data entry in electronic systems with timely resolution of queries.
• Coordinate biospecimen collection, handling, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GCP, IRB, sponsor requirements, and UNC policies.
