Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare required.
• Proven experience in clinical trial enrollment or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex medical data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enrollment strategies.
• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Foster strong relationships with study sites and investigators to enhance recruitment and retention.
• Act as a liaison between sponsors, investigators and participants throughout enrollment.
