Job summary

Oncology Consultants is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support multiple aspects of clinical trial management within the research team. You will work under supervision to assist with regulatory submissions, site initiation, and patient enrollment, while ensuring protocol compliance.

You will coordinate study visits, manage data and documentation, and contribute to sponsor monitoring and QA activities, fostering strong communication with investigators and IRBs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical research experience.
• Degree in life sciences or health sciences (RN/PhD/MD acceptable).
• SOCRA/ACRP certification encouraged; NIH human subjects course yearly; IATA every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist feasibility, regulatory submissions and site initiation to ensure protocol compliance.
• Recruit, screen and enroll patients per protocol.
• Coordinate study visits and drug accountability; perform peripheral venipuncture as needed.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and support sponsor monitoring and audit activities.
• Support department operations, budgeting, and training initiatives.
