Job summary

The Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology Foundation is seeking a Clinical Study Manager to lead project management and clinical study activities for oncology trials. You will coordinate with industry partners, vendors, and study teams to ensure on-time delivery, risk management, regulatory readiness, and budget oversight.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, quality systems, and ongoing process improvements within a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Experience in clinical study management or trials.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies, assesses, documents, escalates, and manages study risks and operational issues; develops mitigation strategies.
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Leads cross-functional team activities for assigned clinical trials.
• Supports study development and manages operational planning from initiation to completion.
• Oversees study-related materials and vendor performance; supports budgeting and contract activities.
• Ensures inspection-readiness with Regulatory and Quality staff, and maintains study documentation.
