Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Scientist in Oncology to contribute to medical data review and plan development in partnership with Medical Directors. You will engage with outside experts and cross-functional teams to ensure rigorous scientific input.

The role emphasizes data integrity, protocol understanding, and adherence to ICH/GCP, with opportunities to influence study design and safety reviews across therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop medical plans with Medical Director and coordinate input from external experts to prepare Medical Management/Review Plans.
• Perform regular and ad-hoc medical data reviews of data listings and visualizations; analyze risks and trends for documentation.
• Author medical data queries, respond and close queries with Medical Director.
• Collaborate with study teams to identify data integrity and subject safety risks and escalate concerns to project leads.
• Attend Trusted Process meetings and participate in internal/external audits as needed.
• Adhere to ICH/GCP and enterprise policies across project plans and customer requirements.
