START Research’s START Center for Cancer Research in Los Angeles is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator, RN to support early-phase oncology trials. The role involves direct patient interaction, data collection, and ensuring protocol compliance under senior staff guidance.

Required ADN in Nursing with active RN license and 2 years of clinical research experience. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN in Nursing or equivalent required; RN license active in state practicing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience in oncology trials.
• Strong data collection, protocol adherence, and patient safety focus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CTMS/clinical trial management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of early phase oncology trials under senior staff guidance.
• Ensure protocol compliance, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards.
• Assist with screening, informed consent, and patient education.
• Prepare source documents, CRFs, and manage documentation workflows.
• Coordinate adverse event reporting and data query resolution.
• Support protocol closeout activities with data coordination team.
