Corewell Health is seeking a dedicated research coordinator to support oncology studies under PI oversight. This role involves coordinating multiple studies, developing study tools, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining patient safety and data integrity.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, IRB document preparation, patient enrollment, and collaboration with sponsors and CROs. In-person presence is required two days weekly, with day shift expectations in Grand Rapids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a health or science-related field.
• RN license for Michigan Upon Hire.
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC).
• ACLS and PALS as needed per protocol.
• Experience in clinical research and project management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage research studies with PI and team.
• Assess operational feasibility and budget; prepare IRB materials.
• Screen and enroll subjects per protocol; perform protocol-related activities.
• Collect and document data across systems per protocol.
• Educate and update investigators, staff, patients, and community.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, federal/state/local regulations.
