Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in medical practice with oncology exposure preferred.
• Proven knowledge in patient treatment and coordination of clinical care.
• Attention to detail in collecting and analyzing data.
• Strong verbal and written communication with patients and researchers.
• DOT/IATA Training (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Certification in Human Subjects Protection / Good Clinical Practices within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity and quality of clinical trials per regulations and IRB approvals.
• Coordinate activities of study patients and assist Investigators.
• Recruit and screen participants and document eligibility per protocol.
• Administer investigational medications and monitor patient safety.
• Document medical data in patient charts and CTMS systems.
• Maintain regulatory documents and ensure SOP compliance.
