Actalent is hiring an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator for a fully onsite role in Chapel Hill, NC, with relocation required. The position involves managing multiple oncology trials from startup to closeout as the primary liaison among patients, physicians, sponsors, and staff.

The role requires CRC experience, patient recruitment, EDCT tools, IRB and regulatory familiarity, and oncology exposure. It is a contract-based, 100% onsite opportunity in a fast-paced oncology research setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or research field.
• Experience supporting investigational drug and/or device studies.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and study documentation.
• Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical research compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all phases of clinical trials from startup to closeout.
• Recruit, screen, consent, and enroll participants for studies.
• Schedule protocol-required visits and follow-ups with patients.
• Enter data into systems and maintain source documentation.
• Manage regulatory records and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support sponsor monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Coordinate collection and shipment of research specimens.
• Report adverse events and protocol deviations promptly.
