Job summary

N-Power Medicine is seeking a Digital Health Specialist II to join a fast-growing oncology research team at a clinical site in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on clinical data collection, workflow optimization and collaboration with clinicians to support trials.

The ideal candidate has oncology clinical research experience, understands patient data systems, and is motivated to improve cancer care through rigorous data practices and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of oncology clinical research or oncology ambulatory care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in health science or related field preferred.
• CCRC, CCRA or CCRP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trials, SOPs and patient consent forms.
• Strong desire to improve cancer patient care through research.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support at the practice and advance data collection.
• Interface with healthcare providers and patients.
• Peer review clinical documentation for data quality and completeness.
• Assist in site initiation and trial activities as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to protocols, data integrity and consent.
• Support patient recruitment strategies where appropriate.
• Communicate with site staff and internal teams at meetings.
• Maintain data quality, confidentiality and SOP/GCP compliance.
• Respond to data queries and resolve them with clinicians.
