Job summary

Maryland Oncology Hematology is seeking a CRC II to recruit, screen, consent, and enroll patients in clinical trials across our Maryland/DC sites. You will coordinate visits, ensure protocol compliance, and train clinic staff while maintaining GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule in a fast-paced oncology setting. The team supports high-quality patient care and adherence to compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree minimum; Bachelor's preferred.
• Three years experience in clinical/scientific field, oncology preferred.
• SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen potential patients for protocol eligibility and enroll them in trials.
• Coordinate patient care per protocol requirements; oversee investigational drug and shipments.
• Maintain regulatory documents and assist with study documentation.
• Support training of clinic staff and process improvements.
