Job summary

City of Hope is seeking an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator to support oncology trial activities at the Duarte Medical Center. You will coordinate data, specimen logistics, and sponsor visits while ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.

The role emphasizes accurate CRMS data entry, protocol adherence, and cross-functional collaboration within the Clinical Trial Office to advance research studies and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute for education.
• Experience in oncology clinical trials preferred in academic settings.
• GCP and HIPAA knowledge provided/required by COH if not already completed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data abstraction, case report forms, and sponsor visits.
• Maintain audit-ready data and CRMS entries for study patients.
• Ensure readiness of biospecimen collection, transport, and biospecimen kits.
• Collaborate with Biospecimen Coordinators and trial team to maintain records.
