Job summary
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to deliver clinical pharmacy services to ambulatory oncology patients. You will manage chemotherapy-related workflows, review orders, and optimize therapy while educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in New York
- Education and experience requirements as listed in the job posting
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services for ambulatory oncology patients
- Review and verify chemotherapy orders; ensure safe and effective medication use
- Manage medication therapy including symptom management and monitoring
- Educate patients and their caregivers on therapies and safety
- Develop, implement, and evaluate pharmacy programs, SOPs, guidelines and cost-saving initiatives
- Engage in teaching activities: precepting students and residents; give educational lectures
