Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Generalist to ensure safe, effective, and personalized treatment. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care across clinical settings, reviewing orders and counseling patients.

Formación

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent education.
• Licensure or eligibility for pharmacist licensure in New York State.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience in hospital, oncology, or specialty pharmacy settings is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Review, evaluate, and dispense medications accurately and safely.
• Prepare and oversee unit dose, IV therapies, TPN, chemotherapy and investigational meds.
• Partner with physicians, APPs, and nurses to support treatment decisions.
• Monitor therapies and recommend adjustments or cost-effective alternatives.
• Educate and counsel patients on safe and effective use of medications.

Conocimientos

PharmD degree

New York licensure

Clinical pharmacist

Oncology hospital experience

Educación

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

Master's degree + 1 year clinical pharmacy experience

Bachelor's degree + 3 years clinical experience
