The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and experience in oncology pharmacy; a Kansas pharmacist license is also mandatory.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy required.
• ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency or equivalent clinical experience required; PGY-2 Oncology residency preferred.
• One year of direct oncology pharmacy experience in an inpatient oncology, outpatient infusion, or ambulatory oncology setting preferred.
