Job summary

American Recruiters is helping a well-regarded health system in the Greater Atlanta area recruit an Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. This role translates clinical expertise into measurable patient outcomes by shaping treatment protocols and expanding oncology pharmacy services.

You will work with physicians, nurses, and a multidisciplinary team, with a daytime schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with oncology-focused clinical experience.
• Experience precepting residents or students and contributing to committees.
• Active PharmD and Georgia licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve medication-related issues through rounds and follow-up.
• Develop evidence-based treatment pathways and order sets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on oncology protocols and safety.
• Precept pharmacy residents and students as part of professional development.
• Serve on system-wide committees guiding antimicrobial stewardship, Sepsis, and Stroke groups.
