Job summary

Kettering Health's KH Cancer Care is seeking an Oncology Dietitian to join the care team. The role focuses on nutrition assessment, therapy implementation, and education for oncology outpatients receiving treatment for cancer.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Dietitian supports survivorship, health promotion, and disease prevention while collaborating with clinicians to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Dietetics or related field.
• Dietetic Internship or Practicum accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Required Licenses as Dietitian/Nutritionist in Ohio.
• Ohio Dietitian/Nutritionist licensure (temporary or permanent).
• COS preferred for oncology specialization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement nutrition therapy for oncology outpatients.
• Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, survivorship, and health promotion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support cancer care.

Education

Master's degree in Dietetics or related field

Dietetic Internship or Accredited Practicum

Licensure as Dietitian/Nutritionist in Ohio

Registered Dietitian with AND or eligible

Cancer Oncology Specialist (COS) preferred
