Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Data Assistant to support our Oncology Clinical Research Program. You will collect, manage, analyze, and report data to meet study protocols and sponsor expectations.

Collaborate with coordinators, investigators, and providers; ensure data integrity across trials and use EPIC, Medidata Rave, REDCap, and EPIC SlicerDicer as needed. This role offers day shift, full-time hours, and mission-driven healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in clinical healthcare with oncology terminology and EMR.
• Experience in clinical research, coordination or data management preferred.
• Experience navigating EPIC; familiarity with Medidata Rave, REDCap, EPIC SlicerDicer.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and enter study data from medical records and source documents into databases.
• Ensure timely completion of case report forms and data query resolution within timelines.
• Evaluate source documentation for accuracy and protocol compliance.
• Maintain study databases and monitor participant follow-up for trials.
• Utilize EHRs and research systems to identify, track, and analyze data.
• Support implementation of Trinity Health Of New England IRB policies.
• Coordinate with coordinators, investigators, and providers to verify required data.
• Assist with tracking, processing, and shipment of biological specimens.
