Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Intervene based on individual patient needs and evaluate responses to care.
• Coordinate and delegate activities to foster patient/family centered care.
