Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in an outpatient oncology setting, supporting scheduled treatments such as chemotherapy, IV hydration, blood products, and central line care.

You will develop and implement individualized care plans, assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and educate patients and families on illness management and post‑treatment care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or ADN required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid RN license required; less than 2 years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Skills & Key Duties:

Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with rotating shifts, including nights.
