Required is 5 years of related experience with current RN licensure or multi-state eNLC licensure, plus CCM certification within 36 months of hire. OTA and remote options may apply.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years in clinical, case/utilization management, and/or disease condition management
• RN licensure current or multi-state licensure via eNLC
• CCM certification to be obtained within 36 months of hire (exempt for incumbents as of Aug 2026)
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural competency a plus
