Job summary

The role ensures supervision, performance management, and workflow oversight while maintaining compliance with ACMA Standards, CMS Conditions of Participation, and payer requirements to support safe patient transitions and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in nursing or related field.
• RN licensure (RN) and BLS required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience leading teams in a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, operational, and regulatory leadership for Case Management staff.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision, performance management, and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with ACMA Standards of Practice, CMS Conditions of Participation, and payer requirements.
• Support patient throughput, safe transitions of care, and resource utilization.
