Job summary

CO1000 H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute Hospital, Inc. seeks an Oncology Technician PRN to assist with daily living activities and provide basic nursing care to oncology patients.

You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in a safe, clean environment, complying with applicable rules and regulations. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, nursing-related study, and active BLS/CNA certifications.

Qualifications

• BLS certification current and active
• CNA certification current and active
• Active enrollment in nursing program (LPN/ASN/ADN/BSN) with transcripts submitted as required

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for oncology patients
• Provide basic nursing care under RN supervision
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to regulations
• Complete Oncology Technician orientation within 90 days of employment
