Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an Oncology Tech PRN to assist with daily living activities and provide basic nursing care for the Oncology population. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates are Florida-licensed CNAs or students enrolled in BSN programs who have completed Nursing Fundamentals, with at least one year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA license is required.
• Active enrollment in BSN program and must have completed Nursing Fundamentals.
• 1 year inpatient hospital experience is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care to patients.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and accrediting body requirements.
