Minnesota Urology in Edina, MN is seeking a Full-Time Care Coordinator- Registered Nurse to support the APC program and guide patients through their healthcare journey. This onsite role emphasizes collaboration with a dedicated APC Care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality oncology care.

You will coordinate treatments across cancer programs, assist in policy development for prostate cancer care, manage IV access, and communicate with external care teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with cancer patients in a clinical setting.
• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse license is required.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate APC Care Pathway and serve as patient advocate and primary contact.
• Assist in developing and maintaining policies and materials for prostate cancer care.
• Plan and coordinate treatments across UA Division cancer programs (bladder, kidney, prostate).
• Manage IV access and monitor medication side effects during nursing visits; coordinate consultations.
