Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks a dedicated aide to support licensed staff by providing indirect patient care and nursing functions in a hospital setting. You will assist with patient care, prep rooms, and restock supplies to meet daily needs.

A high school diploma, current BLS certification, and healthcare experience (direct or non-direct) are preferred. Strong teamwork, communication, and computer skills are essential to maintain patient safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current BLS certification or obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in healthcare settings or STNA/candidates in healthcare majors.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to care for patients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Provide indirect patient care and assist with nursing functions for patient safety.
• Demonstrate knowledge to identify changes in patient condition and report them.
• Assist with patient care and room preparation as directed by staff.
• Order and restock patient care supplies to maintain daily needs.
• Comply with organizational policies and maintain unit competencies.
