Qualifications

• APRN master's degree or PA program graduate.
• Missouri license current or ability to obtain licensure.
• Current DEA licensure.
• Strong internal medicine knowledge.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pharmacists, care managers, dietitians, social workers, surgeons, radiologists, and palliative care experts.
• Deliver dedicated outreach care weekly.
• Shared weekday evening call coverage 1–2 times per week.
• CoC accreditation and QOPI certification.
