Job summary

Penn Medicine seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to assess, diagnose, and treat patients within the Oncology Evaluation Center. The APP will collaborate with ambulatory hem/onc teams and radiology to formulate optimal medical plans and manage symptoms in outpatient and infusion settings.

The role requires MS degree with CRNP or PA-C certification and >2.5 years of experience, national board certification, and active licensure. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master of Science is required.
• CRNP or PA-C credentials with required licensure.
• Advanced practice credentials with relevant clinical experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical care for patient populations per established protocols in collaboration with the team.
• Maintains accurate medical records in the EHR.
• Collaborates with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care and safety.

Education

Master of Science (Required)

CRNP: Master’s Degree or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nursing required

PA-C: Master’s Degree required and > 2.5 years of experience
