Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or CRNP) to join our Medical Oncology team at Fox Chase Cancer Center and satellite locations in Philadelphia, PA. The role emphasizes comprehensive oncology care from diagnosis through survivorship, with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or Masters OR Doctorate degree: Nursing (MSN or DNP).
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient clinic visits independently and alongside faculty.
• Manage systemic therapies including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted, hormonal, and supportive treatments.
• Review labs, imaging, molecular testing, and pathology to guide treatment decisions.
• Coordinate care, survivorship planning, and perioperative/systemic therapy pathways.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, symptoms, and goals of care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards, conferences, and department initiatives.
• Support quality improvement, clinical operations, and patient access initiatives.
