Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant program.
Master’s degree required.
APRN or PA license in appropriate state.
Prescriptive privileges or eligible to apply.
Current certification from ANCC or ONS (AOCN-P).
Current BLS.
Responsibilities
Assist physician in the care and teaching of patients.
Provide hospital and clinic coverage.
Triage patients; participate in rounds.
Document and report care in a timely manner.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
