• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
• Washington State licensure.
• DEA registration with full prescriptive authority.
• Oncology or hematology experience preferred.
• Experience in managing chemotherapy-related toxicities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide APP-level care across Infusion Center and Oncology Clinic.
• Manage treatment-related symptoms and toxicities.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and nursing teams.
• Participate in ongoing care management for hematology and oncology patients.
