Job summary

Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Lakewood, CO is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a busy oncology clinic. You will deliver comprehensive cancer care in collaboration with oncologists, nurses and the care team in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

The fortunate candidate will have 3+ years of NP/PA/CNS experience, state licensure with BLS/CPR certification, and either NP, PA or CNS credentials.

Qualifications

• MSN Nurse Practitioner from an accredited nursing school and NP program completion.
• PA route requires successful completion of an accredited PA program with NCCPA.
• Clinical Nurse Specialist path requires CNS MSN and state licensure.
• 3+ years of practice experience as NP/PA/CNS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in oncology.
• Initiate and document interventions; prescribe therapies as indicated.
• Perform procedures with minimal supervision.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and resources.
• Promote wellness and provide community resource guidance.
• Integrate evidence-based practices into clinical care.
• Maintain timely medical records and billing documentation.
