Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• AZ RN license or RN license from a Compact State.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification.
• ACLS certification (in monitored areas).
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective nursing care based on evidence to achieve health outcomes.
• Demonstrate accountability for ethical behavior and escalate issues as needed.
• Advocate for patients through holistic care practices.
• Monitor patient condition changes (labs, vitals, test values) and respond promptly.
