Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Night shift on the Med-Surg 4th Floor at Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, AZ. The unit handles diverse acuity including oncology and palliative care, with a focus on safety, dignity and holistic healing.

You will participate in self-scheduling, receive an 18% night shift differential and a flat $3/hour weekend differential when applicable. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time nights.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area is desired.
• Professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual and educational needs and plans care.
• Formulates a plan of care with discharge planning and coordinates with the health team.
• Implements and delegates nursing care, documenting in the patient record.
