Oncology is a core area of focus at GSK. We seek experienced, entrepreneurial-minded leaders to help redefine expectations in cancer care. If you are an Oncology/Hematology Sales Professional eager to be part of an innovative organization, consider this opportunity.

This role involves managing sales and business activities within a defined geographical area, driving sales, leveraging customer relationships, and impacting various customer segments through strategic business plans. You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations teams to maximize brand exposure and access.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales results and ensure patient access to GSK therapies.
  2. Develop and implement business plans for your area.
  3. Identify and develop key prescribers and accounts.
  4. Engage proactively with key customers and account groups.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to promote brand availability.
  6. Work with the Regional Sales Director to launch and promote products.
  7. Develop programs to increase customer access.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical or oncology sales experience, or clinical oncology experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License; ability to travel domestically.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Oncology or Specialty sales experience.
  • Experience with multiple myeloma or myelofibrosis products.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from $158,250 to $263,750, plus annual bonus and long-term incentives. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and more. Visit GSK US Benefits Summary for details.
