Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Current and valid LPN license in the State of New Mexico.
• CPR certification and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (Hospice experience preferred).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• A cooperative, compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to handle emotional demands with grace and professionalism.
• Basic math skills for medication and treatment administration.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As an On-Call LPN at Luna Del Valle Hospice, you will deliver direct patient care in the home setting, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role is essential to ensuring high-quality, compassionate care that respects patient dignity and supports families during a vulnerable time.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per Hospice policies and clinical standards
• Perform baseline nursing skills with clinical competency and in accordance with state practice acts

What You Bring
